My Review: This product has made my face feel smoother and hydrated and my pores are smaller. MADE IN THE USA ~ What does this mean?

This is indeed going to end up as a product review, as that is what I do. I review products, however I love to Blog also. So today let's compare "Made in the USA" products with other products. I am not going to take sides. I am just going to throw it all out there.
